What criteria goes into the decision to cut off coverage for the east at Ryerson University? Pray do tell.
I don’t think I’ve heard an explanation from Toronto Hydro on how exactly they chose the coverage area. I assume it was a purely commercial decision, as theirs is a commercial network.
I Think that it should be more around Eglinton and Keele
